Seat Sketch is a free browser-based planning aid. By using it, you accept the practical limits below.
Your responsibility
Verify table capacity, room layout, accessibility needs, names, and every final assignment before relying on a chart. The tool does not know venue rules, emergency requirements, personal conflicts, or accommodation needs unless you handle them yourself.
No guaranteed storage
Browser storage can be cleared, blocked, or lost. URL hash links can be truncated by browsers or messaging tools, especially for large plans. Keep a CSV or PDF backup for anything important.
Acceptable use
Do not use Seat Sketch to process information you are not authorized to handle, break applicable law, or expose someone's private information in a public share link.
Service scope
The preview is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, support, collaboration, or permanent compatibility with saved links. It is not a paid venue-management or safety service.
