Seating-plan content
Names and groups you enter are processed in your browser and are never uploaded by Seat Sketch. The current plan is saved in browser localStorage so it can survive a refresh. Clear the plan or clear this site's browser storage to remove that local copy.
CSV, print, and PDF
CSV export is generated on your device. Print and PDF use your browser's print system. Seat Sketch does not receive the exported file, although your operating system or chosen storage provider may handle it after you save it.
Share links
A share link places a versioned copy of the plan, including names and groups, in the URL hash after the # character. Browsers do not normally send a URL hash in the HTTP request, but anyone who receives the full link can read its plan. Share it only with trusted recipients.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is configured but does not load until you choose Allow analytics in the on-page control. Before that choice, Seat Sketch sends no Google Analytics request and sets no Google Analytics cookie. Names, groups, plan titles, table labels, CSV content, and share payloads are never analytics events or parameters. Google Signals and advertising-personalization signals are disabled.
Seat Sketch stores your analytics choice in browser localStorage. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set first-party _gacookies and process ordinary page, browser, device, and approximate-location information. Use Analytics settings to change the choice.
Hosting logs
The static hosting provider may receive routine request information such as IP address, browser type, requested path, and timestamp. Those logs are controlled by the provider, not by the seating workspace.
